Muslim counselling in Singapore, for the heart, the mind and the soul
Counselling with someone who understands your faith, your culture, and the feelings you haven't found words for yet. In person in Singapore, or online wherever you are.
Is this for you?
You might be here because:
You feel tired all the time, and rest doesn't fix it
Your mind won't stop, even when you're making du'a
You're grieving someone, or a version of your life that didn't happen
You're in a big transition: marriage, motherhood, divorce, a new job, a move
You keep ending up in the same relationship patterns and don't know why
You feel everything deeply and are tired of being told you're "too sensitive"
You've wanted to see a counsellor but worried they wouldn't understand Islam, or that an ustazah wouldn't understand mental health
If any of this sounds like you, you're in the right place.
What I can help with
Anxiety and overwhelm: understanding what your anxiety is protecting, and finding steadier ground
Burnout: for carers, educators, professionals and mothers running on empty
Grief and loss: making space for grief alongside your faith, without rushing to "just be patient"
Life transitions: finding your footing when life changes shape
Relationship patterns: exploring how you attach, protect and connect (individual sessions only)
Highly sensitive persons (HSP): learning to live well with a deeply feeling nervous system
Women's emotional wellbeing: identity, self-worth, boundaries and the many roles you carry
Faith and spiritual struggles: doubt, guilt, spiritual dryness, or questions you feel you can't ask anywhere else
Faith-integrated counselling, at your pace
Islamically-integrated counselling means your faith is treated as a source of strength and meaning, not an afterthought. As an ARS-recognised asatizah and a trained counsellor, I can hold both your emotional world and your spiritual questions in the same conversation.
This is counselling, not religious instruction. I won't lecture, judge or tell you how practising you should be. If you'd rather keep faith out of sessions, that's fine too.

I'm a trained counsellor with a Master of Counselling. In Singapore, "counsellor" and "therapist" are often used interchangeably for talk therapy. I don't diagnose or prescribe medication; if you need that, I'll help you find the right support.
-
Yes. I work online with clients across Southeast Asia and internationally, scheduled in Singapore time (GMT+8).

I currently offer individual counselling only. If you need couples, family or specialised trauma therapy, I'm happy to suggest people who can help.
