Return to Rasa
Three sessions for women to feel what you've been holding.
You've been taught to swallow your anger. To be quick with your grief. To want less, ask for less, and stay grateful.
But feelings that aren't felt don't disappear. They wait.
Return to Rasa is a small, women-only space to meet three of the feelings we're most often told to hide. Not to fix them. To understand them, move with them, and make something from them.
The three sessions
The Rage
The Atlas Project →
Gentle movement,
ink artwork,
and a
facilitated conversation
about anger:
where it lives,
what it protects,
and
what it's asking for
The Grief
The Echo Project →
Movement,
letter writing,
and
space
for losses
big and small,
including
the ones no one else noticed
The Wanting
The Brightline Project →
Movement,
assemblage,
and an honest look at
desire,
longing and
what you're allowed to want
RecommendedEach session is 2 hours. Sign up for all three (highly recommended) for more discounts.
